American Journal of Clinical Nutrition published a report according to which researchers found that those who eat red and processed meat equivalent of a small steak a day gained additional five pounds every five years. This study conducted was with 370,000 Americans.

San Antonio Heart Study shared its data gathered after studying more than 5000 adults for seven and eight years. Analysis of this data by researchers reveals that the possibility of obesity is pretty high in folks consuming diet soda.
